Tess Graham
Postgraduate Fellow
Tess Graham (@tess_e_graham) is a postgraduate fellow at Just Security and research scholar at NYU School of Law. Prior to joining Just Security, Tess was Human Rights Technical Advisor to ALEF – Act for Human Rights in Beirut. During law school, she worked in the National Security Division of the Department of Justice, for UNHCR in Amman, Jordan, and with the Global Justice Center. She was a 2018 Legal Fellow with Fellowships at Auschwitz for the Study of Professional Ethics. Her research interests include refugee and migration issues, human rights, humanitarian law, professional ethics, rule of law and legal theory, global administrative law, measurement and quantification in law, and property theory.
She holds a JD from NYU, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and scholar at the Institute of International Law and Justice. She also holds a Masters of International Affairs from the University of Utah.
